Notes:

Finally! I am back on the winning column after weeks of staying below the .500 mark. I know the event had only three rounds; but for me, those three rounds were enough to give the push necessary to motivate me to win more in the remaining 2019 modern tournaments.

I cannot recall any funky situations from this experience. Just plain bear slamming in a turn then go off the next turn. 

I hope I'll have the same results in my next modern outing. Until next time.

Notes
I used the eight bears Gifts storm build for this tournament. 

I noticed that Baral Gift storm users around the globe are starting to adopt a set of Aria of Flame over Empty the Warrens in their sideboards. I'll probably give it a try in my next tournament with the deck.   

I miss presenting to my opponent the pile that I've been doing since 2012, ritual-ritual-morphose-PIF. 

I do not think there was a memorable thing that happened to me from this experience.

Notes:
Before the event, I was running 18 lands. Flooding was one of the reasons why I was not drawing gas while comboing-off. So I decided to go back at 17 lands; but sadly, majority of the game threes I had ended in drought.

The only nice thing that happened to me at the event was calling X goblins at the end of my opponent's turn. It was fun to see the stun look they're wearing on their faces. Them trying to do the math calculating if they can survive the army of little green men.

The deck folds to Leyline Sanctity. Only the UR control did not had the anti burn white enchantment sideboard card. 

The format is still at its chaotic stage. Hopefully things will much be in order after the November 4th announcement. 

I am still in the hunt for Rumanap Ruins. So until I find a set, Sunscroched Desert will stay in the sixty. 

I might join the prowess next time. The Tandem of Chandra's Phoenix and Young Pyromancer, on theory, seems great and effective. But in reality it was not. 

So zero four for my first try, I'd say: There's no way but UP!
