RD 1 Amulet Titan
The game went three games. The opponent won game three because he had three Amulet of Vigors on his table. Then the 'go-crazy-mode' started when he dropped Simic Growth Chamber into Primeval Titan fetching lands off its trigger ability, one of them was Tolaria West into a Summoner's Pact into another Prime fetching the land that gives haste. Then gave both Primes haste, fetched another batch of lands this time the one that gives double strike.

However, I had a good game two with Wish. Cast Wish (storm 6). I did not grab anything yet from the sideboard after it resolves. Then Grapeshot (from hand); stack storm trigger; Remand (storm 7) Grapeshot. Grapeshot returned to my hand. Draw from Remand (Manamorphose) then resolves the storm trigger (the five storm trigger). Now the opponent's life points went down to fifteen. Summoned the red-green instant hybrid card (storm 8). Cast Grapeshot (from hand) (storm 9). Then grabbed the second Grapeshot (off the Wish lingering resolution) (storm 10) for the win. But that effort went to waste because I lost game three.

RD 2 Rakdos Tempo
Game one: I summoned a mob of goblins in our midgame. Thanks to his cheap spot removals plus with Dreadhorde Arcanist's trigger ability, the opponent was able to deal with it slowly. I only managed to win the game because of a mini-Grapeshot.

Game two: Aria of Flames simply slow-rolled me to victory.

RD 5 UR DRC Murktide

Game two: Aria of Flame won the race against a flying Dragon Rage Channeller and Lightning Bolt.

Quarters: Merfolk

My laptop died just before game three. Thus I was unable to record it. I won game three but I cannot recall how. I am writing this quarter's report days after the game.

Semis: Amulet Titan
Game one: An Amulet Titan deck does not carry any or not that many spot removals in their main deck. So I decided to go for it once Baral, Cheif of Compliance landed safely on the table.

Game two was a long one, thirty-nine minutes. So instead of upload the whole of it, I only recorded the important part. Here.

I was still mentally kicking myself for that missed opportunity. I grabbed my fifteen and check if there are any cards that can help me win the rubber match. There are two cards that could but I am not confident because the last time we faced, those cards did not even matter. After a quick round down of the opposing fifteen, thanks to the open decklist policy, I am certain that he will not bring in those Force of Vigors. So I brought in those Aria of Flames and hoped for the best.

Both players were drawing bricks in game three. Him not drawing bounce lands and me, just keep on getting flooded with lands. I was able to call an Aria of Flame but it got destroyed by Beast Within a few turns after.

The turn after my 3/3 beast token connected, I fired Gifts Ungiven at the end of his turn. And Here's what happened after the Kamigawa card resolves.

Finals: Hammer Time
Game one: The opposing deck does carry a number of defensive spells that protect his permanents - not defensive spells as removals. So I took advantage of it. I went all-in as early as possible. Win.

Game two: I had a promising seven. But started to draw bricks from the second turn onwards. To make it worse, the opponent summoned two Sanctifier En-Vec to make sure I will have no graveyard this turn.

Game three: I had a turn where I maximized my resources. This was the perfect window that the opponent was waiting for. In his last turn, he summoned a Segarda's Aid. Then Swung Kor Duelist. And before dealing damage, he brought down the Colossus Hammer - attached it to Kor. Kor is now 11/11 plus double strike. The game's over!
